Service Description

This is your opportunity to discuss your current situation, including your challenges, struggles, frustrations, concerns, needs, wants, goals, dreams and vision, and to find out if and/or how I can help. We'll have a chat and discuss the best next steps for you. I'll answer questions you may have about hypnotherapy and/or coaching, and what it's like to work with me. Please come prepared with your questions, as 15 minutes will pass quickly! NB: This is a non-clinical appointment and you won't receive any hypnotherapy during this session. WHAT YOU'LL NEED *To download Zoom and register before the call *A space where you can be comfortable, with privacy to talk freely *To easily hear your device AND be heard by it *A journal/paper and a pen, to make notes and/or to journal afterwards *A glass of water if you like *Tears are welcome (and likely), so bring a tissue *Most importantly, bring your beautiful self, exactly as you are

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Emma no later than 24 hours in advance. If cancelled within 24 hours but more than 2 hours in advance, you'll be liable to pay 50% of the session fee. If cancelled within 2 hours, the full fee will be due. Thank you for your understanding.
